Dried Portabella Mushrooms are the most talked about mushrooms this season! Similar to shiitake mushrooms in size, but lighter in color, Portabella’s have a beef-like texture with enough substance to be served as a main course or appetizer.
Portabella Mushrooms are delicious and versatile. With a rich, firm texture. Their savory flavor compliments steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and grilled vegetables. Use them in stews, soups, couscous and casseroles. Marinate Portabella in red wine, garlic and herbs.
