Shipping & Returns

At Specialty World Foods we try to make sure that your shopping experience is as easy as possible. All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA. Shipment prices are based on total weight & dimensions of the package and therefore prices vary by order size and destination. The following shipping methods are available for you when you checkout:

• UPS Ground (2-7 days)
• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days)
• UPS Next Day Air (1 day)

We ship to all contiguous states, APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

If shipping to a P.O. Box we will ship using FedEx SmartPost and there can be an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

Please add 1 day to the delivery estimates above for our own order handling time.

We do not ship to any other country at this time.

** Note **Orders are shipped once payments are received/cleared by the credit card issuing bank. Typically, the payments are received/cleared instantaneously, however, in some rare cases, the payment does not clear for a few days. In those few situations, the shipments are held until the payment clears. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Returns

At Specialty World Foods we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you change your mind you are welcome to return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Please contact us if you wish to return any goods.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the goods as is this case we will meet the cost of return postage, though only if this is arranged through our authorized carriers. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a full refund or send replacements, as you prefer.
